Nonfunctional Evasion?
As it shows in the image. I have Evasion from 2 levels of Rogue, and yet, it is not showing in the combat log that I have it, nor is it properly making me take 0 damage on successful saves. For clarification and to pre-empt the inevitable 'well are you sure there's a bug' comments, I am indeed wearing light armour -- a mithril chainshirt.

I've had the same happen to me last week, though I was wearing cloth armor at the time.

unequip and re-equip your armor or rest as soon as you log in and the evasion feat will be applied.

I've already done both of those things. It's still not functioning against certain things where it should.

For the acid blob traps ( I think) there is no save vs the damage. The save is only vs a paralysis or stun effect. Was it an acid blob trap ( or something similar)?

divine and negative damage are also not subject to evasion.

Divine and negative are fort saves. I'm not asking about those.

Re: Nonfunctional Evasion?
There are definitely two types of acid traps that are spawning in game.
One that is recoverable, the other which is only disable'able. (yep, I invented that word, job done for the day).
The former, the recoverable ones, detail the type, name and difficulty class of the trap when highlighting.
The latter, do not. They only show "Acid trap. level 15". or something similar.
Wondering whether one or the other is somewhat buggy and not allowing for no damage successful reflex save rolls. Because one of my characters is noting this very often. Seldom failing a save, yet continually being damaging they trigger a trap, even on successful saves.
While I'm on a trap rant.
Theres a dart like trap, only recently seen it in the Goblin Mines ruins. Likely in other areas.
It's point of origin in combat log shows "Ipoint".
Allows a save roll fort vs poison. Which is cool.... Hows about the Reflex save to dodge the dart in the first place? It's literally a homing missile that you see change direction as your character moves out of the way.
