'Belt' appearance adjustable in appearance changer kit

Is this in the pipeline for being re-added in a working state? This would introduce skirts and bandoliers and pouches, etc.

Even if not changing the 'belt' item, could it be added as an armor part?

Am I missing something, then? I thought this was disabled form the menus because it was causing some sort of duplication of items or something. I was wondering if we would be able to modify them from the appearance changer again in a fixed version.
