Wormthrax's wing buffet, on successful knockdown, will deactivate Improved Combat Expertise mode approximately 50% of the time by my guess.
If by design, cool.
If not, bug perhaps?
I've never noticed this before, been in that fight quite a fair few times. First time I've noticed this occurence tonight.
