Will there be a de-level DJinni too?
I noticed a new DJinni in the nexus that lets sorcerers, etc...swap out spells...Awesome!
Will there be a Djinni that lets you de-level while your in the nexus as well?
I hate having to harass the DM's for this lame stuff!

There are various bugs associated with deleveling, so we couldn't just add a straight up delevel bot either way.

I wouldn't call it harassment. Besides. Best not to have a completely corrupted character that needs to be wiped/rolled back no? Just easier if we handle those kind of small tasks rather than have them cause big issues

Please be aware of the rules!
When in doubt, ask your local DM!

That was well stated.
If the text is this color, I am on duty, everything else is just my humble opinion.

*... It is the wizard spell book... *
*... Spells scriped do not go away on a delevel... *
*... Thus you could go up and down level 17 to learn all spells... *
*... If you got the blank scrolls, time, and gold to spare... *
*... And you could learn so many spells it breaks your character... *
*... So unless you can figure out a fix for it... *
*... It is no de-re-level Djinn for you... *
Wait... Actually there could be a fix for that. You know, if someone can add some extra bit of information attached to a character, namely the level when spells were scribed then those could be removed with a script when you lose the level. There already is a script that removes spells if you go past certain amount... I think.
Thus, going down to level 16 from 17 would mean you lose the Wail of Banshee and Mordenkainen's Disjunction you scribed from scrolls. Oh, and if you are doing a full RCR, you still need to get scrolls of the spells you want but cannot pick, like you already do.
I think I could get that done and working in a free day or something... But am I gonna? Heck no.
*... And if someone wants to complain about describing how an exploit works... Well, first, it is an 'exploit' that specifically requires DM help on this server... *
*... So unless the DMs are de-re-leveling their own buddy wizards and no-one else... *
*... The exploit has already kind of been fixed, hasn't it?*
*... Not to mention that it is generally impossible to fix anything without first understanding the problem.*
*... And the wind howls away... *

It’s not that bug - if you can call it that. There are more serious exploits
Mendel - Villi of En Dharasha Everae | Nikos Berenicus - Initiate of the Mirari | Efialtes Rodius - Blood Magus | Olaf Garaeif - Dwarven Slayer

Are you talking about removal of qualification feats?

Every feat/ability that is given by script is exploitable. There are so many atm that it would be easier to say that no delevels should be given

Thus in otherwords;
- Players should no longer be able to ask for XP removal for any reason,
- And Dungeon Masters should no longer be able to use XP removal as a punitive punishment,
- Which means that players should be given a 'full RCR' should they by 'mistake' take a level that violates the '3 by 20' rule,
- And the only method for Dungeon Masters to enforce anything at all is through bans and vault wipes that can be seen as unreasonable acts of power abuse.
Edit:
So how about a 100% RCR up until level 20?
