Over the course of the last few days, it would become apparent that one of the Shaw's associates, a halfling female, has been staying at the Ebon Blade hall. Curiously enough, The Woman in Red has not been seen up North since she and Shaw departed Soubar over a moon ago.

Subject: Rumors & Events of the Sword Coast, North...of Baldur's Gate

Recently in Soubar, two Ebon Blade teleport in with a foreign female soldier in manacles. They were sighted by the residents in Soubar as they had moved briskly to a side entrance to the Ebon Blade fortress with the captive.

A travelling priest dressed in grey would have been seen around Soubar before he walked up to the Ebon Blade's fortress and left a note.

The same travelling priest hands over another note to Ebon Blades' guards, this time addressed to someone specific.

A female halfling and woman in red where sighted entering the Ebon Blade fortress by way of Soubar residents.

Near a tenday later, the travelling priest can be seen leaving yet another letter at the Ebon Blades' keep, again addressed to a specific mercenary within.

A half elf with the physique of a trained fighter would have been seen nailing a piece of parchment to a notice board in Soubar. It reads....

Let it be known that…

The Ebon Blade are looking for mercenaries that feel they have the sand to make it in Soubar.

A male half elf that's noticeably a member of the Ebon Blade was seen doing runs in Soubar from time to time, for what seems to be a recruitment drive for a militia by conversations heard by the locals.

A male half-elf and male human from the Ebon Blade would have been sighted joining Mag's presence for a bit of time. From there they would have parted ways from Mag, and headed back to the fortress.

Soubar

If the preparations and rumors were not enough to convince the more skeptical of the residents, they couldn't debunk the facts once the Soubarian Traders flocked to the Winding Way Inn to hold the meeting that evening. It was the first time in recent memory when the Tavern's doors were closed to local patrons looking for booze, a place to gossip, or a venue to play cards. Two armed men with shields bearing the crude lizard-like mark stood guard in front of the entrance.

The gathering lasted a few hours, and when the merchants finally emerged from the building, alone or in pairs, they appeared determined and relatively content. What was discussed and what conclusions it brought was anyone's guess at this point. Next morning, Oria Firalis approached the Ebon Blade Fort asking to speak with Miss Brigitte or anyone currently responsible for overseeing the workers.

On a separate note, a new arrival joined the construction site dedicated to the repairs of the settlement's walls. As the rumors would have it, the man, an architect by trade, has been spearheading the project ever since and the results couldn't be more apparent.

Those who kept track of the comings and goings of others could have noticed that Red has not been seen in Soubar for quite some time, whereas Hazel has become a permanent fixture. The hin could have been seen out and about causing mischief and whining about the terrible shortage of cocoa.

Morgan Would come outside after hearing someone was asking after Brigitte.
As she would lay eyes on Oria she would let out a pleasant smile. Morgan Visage of undeath was no more and actually she seemed quite approachable.
"Hello Oria, Im Sorry to inform you that Brigitte is currently away and i don't know when she will be back" The look on morgan face gives off a slight bit of sadness that seems Genuine " Perhaps i can be of service to you." She say in a more laid back but pleasant tone

I'd appreciate if you could consider my proposal."

Morgan would smile broadly. "Why dont we make a festival of it. With all this war and strife as of late a small festival to welcome the workers might just be what the doctor ordered."
Morgan would motion over towards the walls. "I will be more then happy to assist you with whatever you need to make this happen."
