Any further updates during 100% RCR period ?

It technically ends tomorrow (11/15), but because we have players in all sorts of time zones, it's safer if you do your RCR sooner than later. We'll turn it off at some point on or shortly after 11/15, and will do a post saying it's over not long after that, but if you want to take advantage of it before it's gone, better to do it sooner.

note that you can RCR your existing PC...create your new PC and get the XP then enter the game and rest/save your PC, then deal with leveling up and getting whatever gold and items later.

Correct. Just make sure you do collect the XP. It can't be banked. That is, if you wait until after the rollback happens, it won't be "saved" -- you'll only get it back at the normal levels with a level 20 cap. The system doesn't remember that you RCR'd on the 13th and went to claim it on the 17th, it'll refund at normal levels at that time.
