By order of The Conclave of Wizards.


Fighting in the common places of the city of Sshamath, it's environs and it's thoroughfares is not tolerated. Citizens caught unable to respect the law of the conclave will be flayed alive and disembowled.

This conclave finds it incomprehensable that any decent citizen of our noble city would be so aggreived as to find themselves needing to brutaly slay another free citizen of our fair city.

To this end, we feel it nessecary to make the position absolutely clear.

No one dies in Sshamath who's death is not expressly the will of the Conclave, to do otherwise is unacceptable. Citizens caught with naked blades will be dealt with, citizens caught taking our fair and righteous laws into their own hands will be dealt with as has already been stated.
