Hacked?

Hacked?
When I try to get on my player name, it says it is in use. I went on my alternative account and couldn't find the person using my name. So I log off and try to log in that name and it still says it is in use. I use my alternative account and it's now saying the same thing.

Okay, I think I know what the issue is, but I don't know how to solve it. It is not so much I am hack, but it has something to do with the CD key malfunctioning. I am not sure what to do.

Since I am unable to access my account, I guess I'll call it quits and uninstall. See ya guys.

It allowed me to log then it's back to not letting me use the account.

This is probably a rookie level question, and you've already handled this, but did you make certain to check the CD key .txt file? IIRC, GoG and others don't immediatly set the key correct in the file. They provide it to you in another fashion, and *YOU* must input the key into the file in order to access NWN.
