Do items that enhance saves stack?

If I have a helmet that grants +3 to Will saves and an amulet that grants+3 to universal saving throws, will my overall Will saves add to +6, or +3?

i tested glove +4 will and it stacks with +2 ring universal saves.

but when i put two +2 ring universal saves, i dont see any changes

Rings to my knowledge do not stack, but a necklace/ring/helmet etc will.

What I think it is, is that the Universal save is seen as a different modifier than a specific save (in this case Will.)

The 'rule' is that the best bonus of a particular type is taken, except for Dodge bonuses to AC. Therefore, a +3 to Universal Saves would stack with a +3 to Will Saves, since the engine sees them as 'different modifier types.'
