Thanks for bringing this to the DEV team’s attention. This post will be archived to denote the issue has been looked into.

Instead of changing the area premise at the moment, a quick fix would be to simply ask whichever player finds merchants that have overwritten stores to move/bump the NPCs back into place or away from other merchants so their individual stores can be accessed again.

Please be sure to start another thread and let us know if you find this to be a constant problem in any area.
