Soft Character Reset after Withdrawing xp?

Hey would it be possible to attach onto the end of withdrawing xp from RCR to reset some of the flags on your PC? The most important one being whatever flag prevents you from leaving the nexus after you go up and RCR.

This way you could use the guy in farmlands to go to nexus, delete your PC with RCR, create a new PC with same name, withdraw the xp, have the flag reset, and then go and play. Rather than having to deal with a rather complicated system of misspelling your name, having a DM spend time renaming, and then explaining to everyone why your name keeps changing, etc.
