I saw this class listed on the wiki page and was curious if this was something that is actively being developed or not? The last post I saw on it essentially sounded like it wasn't going to happen xD

As far as I am aware, the Archivist class requires Rasael's Replacement Spell System in order to function properly. The replacement spell system is not going to be added any time soon due to some inherent problems of its own (ie. inability to quickslot spells and no quickcast functionality), although if those and other issues of the replacement spell system get a work-around it would be a fantastic addition.
