Please help me choose the Better Beserker build

1 - Hin Beserker:

Crazy idea to be DEX/CON based in stats and rely on damage from: Fighter damage feats, full 10 levels of FB, and expose weakness

2 - Earth Genasi Beserker:

Standard STR/CON that went for fast healing and EDR. Although, I am concerned about the lack of skills for this one.

Both builds are trying to be tanky with enough damage to get by without feeling slow and have potential for 50+ AC and competent saves.

What do you guys think?

(The build I want to play is the halfling one )

I would go for the Earth Genasi berzerker, but instead EDR II & III i would give him G.Weapon Spec. and E.Weapon Spec. for another +4 to dmg.
