Fantasy characters name what does that mean literally by the rule of this serever ,we are not alow to have modern names right?

Naming Rules
Be creative, but stick to these ground rules:

Do not use names of famous people or media characters wholesale (e.g. Michael Jackson, Robin Hood, Drizzt Do'Urden)
No titles or descriptions in place of names (e.g. Dame Alice, Bob the Bloody, Legend Killer)
No vulgar or offensive names (see also PG-13 Content)
Be sensible. Names plagued with punctuation marks are funny, but only for the first five minutes.
Last but not least, your character name should not be a screen name, username, or joke name, but should reflect realistic naming tendencies: Remember, your character is a real person in their own minds and in the minds of other characters!

So no using names like Illidan stormrage, Bob the slayer of goblins etc etc. But if you want a use modern names i dont see why not as long as they are not someone famous.

Wolfrayne i'll will let other players use the stormrage name and so on it is fine name nothing wrong with it but what make a name a fantasy name
