Bless Weapon Wands not working

Bless Weapon Wands not working
As it states I tried to use my bless weapon wand on 2 different weapons it did not apply at all.

have that seen also.
same with a enlarge person wand.
same with a potion of righteous might (spell failed, a casted spell works fine).

Relogging fixed it for me. Not sure what happened but I for sure could not cast the thing on my weapon at first.

Okay so bless weapon wands will work initially on first casting but then at times if they run their course or when dispelled will stop being able to be cast even though you use a charge.
It is wonky and there seems to be no rhyme or reason to why they do this but even if they are low cost not working at occasional times is a bug. Wish I could pinpoint the exacts but they are just not regular on it.
