Soubar - Storm Seeks a Ring

Storm jumps around the many merchant stalls asking to spread the word that he seeks an item of value to a paladin. The item in question, a ring that expands the divine link between deity and mortal thus allowing for magic flow. He is said to pay handsomely in gold if such a ring is found:

Leave word with a merchant or send a letter addressed to Storm and leave it with the Ebon Blade.
