I was just killed by a group of players, because they caught me using the spell animate dead, on the way to the lion.
We were talking then, they set me hostile and attacked.
I'm new, unfortunately, and I don't understand my options.
I stood in front of them, unarmed, just writing.
Could I have attacked them without warning the moment they set me hostile?
And then for what reasons would they attack me?
I was in lands populated by gnolls and ogres, therefore outside the law or who knows what moral distortion.
I was harmless and unarmed, walking with my evocations.
Indeed, my evocations were immediately attacked without any warning.
In the name of what?
Those players attacked and killed a harmless character in wasteland, thinking they were on the right side, thinking of being good.
I think they were just pieces of shit.
The neighbor who sets me hostile for any reason will be slaughtered without hesitation.

Re: Unfair PvP
First of all, here are PvP rules: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=3170 it's important to know them even if you're not going to pvp anyone.
About this particular situation... I, of course, don't know what exactly happened there, but according to PvP rules any player can attack your summons on sight, although they must give your character a RP out, e.g. an opportunity to retreat or de-escalate the conflict. If they toggle you hostile first and/or attack your summons, you're free to attack them right away.
From a RP point of view, though, I won't say such behaviour is something terrible. It's normal that characters treat undead and undead summoners with hostility, especially good aligned characters. If you think the attackers broke PvP rules — shoot a pm to the DM Team reporting them with screenshots and logs provided, they'll deal with it.

The point is that I was not bothering anyone.
And they in the name of their ideas attacked me and killed me even though I was unarmed and with no intention of defending myself.
They didn't hesitate to kill me.
And these should be the good ones?
These are just pieces of shit.
The same kind of people who attack gays and immigrants and all those things they don't understand.

I just don't know enough about the situation to argue with you, so I suggest you to simply relax and send a private message to the DM team, it's the best thing you can do now.

Please send a PM to the DM team, including any screenshots or logs of the situation if you believe PvP rules have been broken. Locking thread.
