Protection from Petrification not working?

Protection from Petrification spell did not work against gaze of Basilik in outer durlags area.

Do 'absolutely immune' not mean what it imply?

Tried fix. Cast Protection from Petrification, roll 1, get stoned.

Who can confirm this spell protect against Gaze fail roll? Or is spell not to be protecting against bad rolls? What good is spell then?

Can confirm, it does NOT protect against Basilisk gaze. Found out the hard way.

It is still not fixed, my wizard got petrified while fighting basilisks with protection from petrification active.

This was weird, this time I tested it against the very same basilisks that are spawned outside Durlag's tower and it worked. You'll have to wait for next update though.
