There was talk of a gloriously moustached man with only slightly balding features meeting several well known individuals within the city of Baldurs gate.

They greeted one another quickly, several having brought actual bodyguards or protectors with them. The mood was not joyful, to say the least, most of the people ensuring they were warded or weapons were at hand before they entered inside a building to discuss whatever it is that had brought them all there.

Rumours had it that a glorriously moustached and slightly balding man, and his slightly dirty hobo looking like companion met with the Head Watchknight Wai-Li and Watchknight Jebedoeh in the farmlands of Baldurs gate.

Some overheard that they were talking of the devil trouble and the group would slowly afterwards teleport to Nashkel to discuss further at the Helmite temple there. It was said a person from Candlekeep was waiting for them at this place and also looked rather sickly to the point of needing medical attention.

They withdrew into the temple shortly after.

It is rumoured that the Golden Wheel met up with a large trading faction, though not many representatives were seen, typically the man with a glorious moustache and slightly balding hair was present, accompanied by what people might think was a short bodyguard.

They took a caravan from Soubar according to locals, though their destination was somewhat unknown.

Natalia Fernanda may be seen walking about in various parts in Beregost, Gullykin, and Nashkel in recent days. She may seem to be conducting market research for the Golden Wheel in some regard...

Another Caravan recently left Nashkel, the destination was Baldurs gate, led by a convoy of guards and merchants of the Golden Wheel. A large brute of an orc seemed to be spearheading the group, a woman also at the front now and then running away and returning, reporting to the orc and a man with an eye patch. A gloriously moustached and ever so slightly balding man is also seen amongst the group, alongside a bear, a halfling, a man who should consider wearing a hood and a female looking merchant. They had a look stop at the Friendly Arms Inn before continuing on with their unknown cargo.

The rumours are the Golden Wheel directors, staff and even their guards have been scouring the sword coast and further afield for woodcutters and lumberjacks, going back to some of their old suppliers and locals. It seemed as if all if not most had been tasked with work by the cities, mostly in defence work or even likely the rumours of ships being made taking most of the wood.

Luckily one local Woodcutter in Beregost was able to supply a small amount of wood in record time, however informing the Golden Wheel director, if he wanted more, he would have to wait, like everyone else.

Rumour has it a meeting took place in the Northen Light inn in Nashkel, patrons overheard an odd fellow, they would report, speaking to the directors of the wheel about some sort of expensive trip. Though as always the drunken patrons were not too certain who the person was or why the talk took so long. However, they would note the balding director known as Kiran would be fully warded upon entering the meeting room, and looking very tense and nervous as if he was afraid of the guest they had.

Then again, they would say, when is that man not nervous or tense?

An Amnian woman going by the name of Natalia Fernanda of House Fernanda in Athkatla is said to hire three northern "villagers" from "the fishing and farming hovel known as Baldur's Gate" to clear the road south of bandits from Baldur's Gate for an anticipated Golden Wheel caravan south from Baldur's Gate to Amn. She pays the three villagers 5,000 danter of Amnian mint each for their services and is said to have hired them under the standard Golden Wheel contractor contract.

It is said that the Golden Wheel company in recent tenday lead a merchant caravan south from Baldur's Gate to Nashkel, with a breaking stop in Beregost. One of the caravan, an Amnian woman of House Fernanda, is said to have headed south to Athkatla after the caravan reached Nashkel.

*A Golden Wheel caravan escorted by members of the company from Nashkel to Baldur's Gate was rumored to have traveled in the past tenday, with profitable success.*

As of late, Natalia Fernanda would actively be attempting to claim a majority and controlling stake in the Golden Wheel company, with an Amnian based holding company under her and possible other business associates' control.

Natalia Fernanda would give a formal notice to the Board of Directors of the Golden Wheel at their former business addresses in Baldur's Gate, Crimmor, and Nashkel that if none reply by the date of the 15th of the next month that she will move to assume control and ownership of the company with a holding company after five years of the company stagnating without leadership.

She would say that all Directors and employees still actively interested in the business affairs and running of the company as well as those involved in the new tender holding company offer for control and ownership of the company, should meet on the 16th of next month in Nashkel to determine the path to business going forward.
