In 2nd edition Elistraee allowed male clerics and priests, the period that the priesthood started admitting males was 1300DR, the Time of Troubles is 1358 DR, so male clerics should be okay from a lore-prespective. However they were expected to undergo the 'Changedance' ritual at some point after their initiation and spend some time as a female. Most change back after a couple of years once they have experienced what is like to be a woman and can continue being priests, because they have the insight into being female even if they no longer are one.
I don't think this has been contradicted since it became canon. So any female Elistaee cleric you meet might actually be a guy who is simply on the middle of the ritual.

Guys, I'm not a moderator, but this is heavily off topic. The question was about techincal issues with cleric domains IG, not about difference between lolthite domains of different editions or legitimacy of male elistraen clerics in various timelines.

When i create my character i choose cleric , then deity, then i choose domain.

on the domain list i can choose
DEFAULT CLERIC
CLERIC,NATURE
CLERIC,DEAD WALKER
CLERIC, CRUSADER
CLERIC, DIVINE CHAMPION
CLERIC, WARPRIEST
CLERIC,DOOMGUIDE

On the link in the instructions for the server it points to the matching "domains" for Eilistraee.
Chaos, Luck, Good, Protection, Moon, Portal, Drow
The first list you made (including default cleric, cleric (nature), etc.) are actually character creation packages with preset selections for domains, feats and skills - you must select “customize package” in order to actually be able to select domains that fit your deity.

The actual Domain list is much longer (in the dozens).

Schrödinger's Cyricism: NPCs simultaneously know everything and nothing about Cyric until observed by the Cyricist. Then they default to the state that disadvantages the Cyricist the most.
