Athktatlan Triparite
How does this feat interact with two-weapon fighting? Does it essentially cancel all your off-hand attacks? I'm told the effects of the feat cap at +4. Would that in essence make this feat of little or no value to a dual-wielder?

Only main hand loses attacks, off hand retains + slashing damage and also gets full attacks, only right hand loses attacks, this feat is very powerful with PTWF

Can this be activated alongside deadly defense?
