Is it too late to join? I'd roll a dual wielding ranger.
Aurelien Amon: Human fighter, member of the Whitewood Vanguard, Hoarite
Lotrik: Not a wise Genasi, probably stronger than you tho, a master of longswords. Fully retired
Bob Thairo: Dreadknight of Bane, Back on the Coast, tyranning away with his wife

Not at all! The more the merrier, if you feel an interest in the slowish RP we have cultivated (both intentional and unintentional).Bobthehero wrote: ↑Sun Aug 25, 2019 9:42 pm Is it too late to join? I'd roll a dual wielding ranger.
You can see where we are so far (though I do need to update last Sunday’s outing with a post):

We unfortunately have to take a semi-break from the full group the coming weekend because of player holidays, but if there is a chance with you Bob, I can log in and we get some RP done in order to bring you up to speed.

I think that's a good idea. I think it is fine if you set up some RP together!
That way you have a good starting point to join the group.

Re: Base Class Heroes (weekenders Group)
Welcome to the group, Bob! A ranger would be a nice add to our party mix.
Racially, we are currently one human, two elves (sun + wood), plus one very stoic earth genasi.
I'm one of the crew who will be away on vacation this coming weekend, but I look forward to rejoining the team the following weekend.
Like Steve alluded to, it's not the most rocket-to-the top leveling speed. It's more about RP development, and to that end it's turned out to be a great deal of fun and also surprisingly rewarding.

Re: Base Class Heroes (weekenders Group)
And a good moment to thank those additional Players who have brought IC/IG quests and help to this group, totally adding to the fun (though we might fail IC!!).
Cheers.
Cheers.

Re: Base Class Heroes (weekenders Group)
I am fine with taking it slow, as I have a lot of work to do on my current main, so a little side RP that I can approach slowly is perfect for me.
Edit: Made Hawke Danesh, a wild elf ranger.

Re: Base Class Heroes (weekenders Group)
Hi!
If you're not already a full party I'd be keen to join you. I'm GMT +12, but that actually works quite well for me (I like to play in the small hours).
My preference is halfling bard (with the bonus that I'm good with the TKL Perfomer tool -so I can offer good campfire entertainment
).
Or else a sarcastic rogue...
Lemme know

Hello Escro!
Glad you're interested. We could really use a Rogue in order to fulfill that "classic" D&D Adventuring Party.
Whatever you choose, there will likely be a few of us online this Sunday for IG introductions...maybe more?!? Cya at the Elfsong Tavern.

Re: Base/Single Class Heroes (weekenders Group)
You guys should have taken it one step further and stated that if you play a race you can only pick it's favored class. So Humans could be anything, but say a dwarf would only be able to play a fighter or halfling a rogue.
