Troll Claws - Ogre Cave entrance broken

For the past 2 days, the transition from Troll Claws to the Ogre Cave has not been there.

It is marked on the map, but the blue transition icon doesn't appear and therefore cannot be clicked.
Tried using WASD as well, with no luck.
