Cavestalker at 28-30?

Is it OK to take the class cavestalker at level 28-30?
i saw this very interesting class and thoughts it could fit Bhor Stombeard a fighter/dwarven defender.

or must all classes be taken before level 20? (at least 3 classes each)

You must have 3 levels in any class you plan to take at level 20. You cannot take new classes after 20.

Maybe that should be added to the server rules.

3-By-20 (3b20) Your character must have at least 3 levels in every class their build plans to take when they reach character level 20, even if you are using a 100% RCR function. Prestige classes are included. So a Rogue 11/Assassin 6/Fighter 3 is valid, but a Rogue 11/Assassin 7/Fighter 2 would be invalid (Fighter only has 2 levels by level 20).

Thanks for the answers. then there will be only fighter levels up to 30

It does say that, but indirectly.

"3 levels in every class their build plans to take". Which would mean no new additions past 20.
