Swashbuckler EDM build?

I was thinking of it for a long time but since I left the game for 3 years and saw a big update for SBs. (12,16 get epic feat and evasion)
my idea is for SB to have EDM plus the weaken critical (19 SB at least)

I have several options:
19SB/3BG/8Assn This might be my best thinking, EDM, EW, HIPS (3 best feats in NWN2), fight with a shield and a rapier or scimitar (needs the hide and ms gears), lost Divine shield as well
25SB/5Pal or 19SB/6DC/5Pal AB is a little boost

EDM is very MAD (multiple attribute dependency) you need a lot of strength and charisma, while the SB really wants good dexterity and intelligence. I am curious about your character attribute spread and race.

What I need from the SB is the -2 str and -2 Con here.

I want it more useful facing epic bosses. (So I bring in the EDM here)

There is no alignment restriction for assassin so you could also go SB19/PAL3/ASS9. Only Human wouldn’t receive an XP penalty (or Assimar).

Problem I see here is most all Swash-specific fears require Light or no armor, so at heaviest it would use Mithral Chain Mail (6/4). Off the top of my head it is only 46-47 AC fully buffed with UMD. That AC will not survive well in Epic Areas/encounters if you solo.

That said it does sound like a fun idea to play to maximize the best mechanical feats of the game in one build

Need Pal 4 to get divine might. So Pal won’t work here.
Count for the swash dodge, should be around 50. Still 50AC for a non-caster build is not enough.

As far as I know, Frost Giant King is not immune to ability damage. Should kill him easily with it.

Then SB19/PAL4/ASS8 is possible (one less Sneak dice, one less DC).

Assassin does grant UMD on BGTSCC so if you squeezed Able Learner in the build you could use spells like Mirrors and Displacement to help out against almost all mobs and bosses.

You could go Rogue 10 for crippling Strike to get the Strength drain. Blackguard and Assassin can use poison which can be fun if they ever fixed those as well. The issue I see with SB is you aren't utilizing it's strengths and aren't covering it's weakness. R11/BG10/A9 would have 14d6 sneak dice and if you get Shield Slam and blinding strike will have two additional ways aside from HiPS to land sneak attacks. Can go STR/DEX and make a Sword and board thug that has crippling strike and epic precision.

Just a thought. SB19 doesn't really give enough benefit for CON drain, especially considering the number of difficult enemies it will not work against.

My idea is Critical is damage (for the non-immune critical mobs). You lose 2 constitution, you lose 30 HP for 30 level Characters. So some bosses are beyond 30 level (Lose 2 cons means lose 1 fort save), so they might suffer more from it. Put dex to 14, Charisma 22, Str 21, others are fine. Aasimar is the best to start.
Pretty sure in some points (after so many critical, they will fail your death attack DC, I assume).

High saves, good ACs, decent AB and good dmg.

Still think that the 19SB/8Assin/3BG should be the best. Can take shield bash feats for extra sneak attack damages.
