Lost items when the last crash

Hey, I lost an adamatine FP (+3 armor and 3/DR) and an epic greatsword (called manticore greatsword in BG shop). I was reviewing them in the BG storage and suddenly came the crash or something. And I relog today found that these 2 gears are gone. It took me days to save the money to buy the weapon. I don't know if I can get it back through some possible options.

You may also be able to request a character roll back. I think everyone gets one a year or something. You'd lose the XP you've gained since the save of your character, but you'd get the items back that way.
