Does Expose Weakness work when Polymorphed?

I no longer have a Level 9 spell casting mage with Expose Weakness.

So can someone confirm if or not that Expose Weakness remains active when assuming a Polymorph/Shapechange form?

How about Evasion then? Is that deactivated when Polymorphed?

According to wiki only the moondog has i.evasion.

But if your char. has evasion - it still shows up shifted. Need some more testing to see if it works.
Do these shapeshifted forms wear medium or heavy armors at all ?

It’s all Base AC, and just the Armor AC Bonus transfer over.
