"Normal speed" borked for Mi-Le, but not Ghatika - Fixed (sort of)

I have two monk characters, and both have maximum monk speed.

However, when I use the "Normal speed" feat for Mi-Le, it does not slow him down in the slightest. The only thing that happens is the combat log says "1.759999990"

When I use the "Normal speed" feat for Ghatika, the combat log says "1.126399994" and the feat works as intended.

All I can think of is that Mi-Le was created a while before Ghatika. Maybe she got an updated functional version of the feat, but Mi-Le was stuck with a borked version?

Regardless of when your chars got the feat there's only one script for it running on the server, so it can't differ there. But it calculates other things than monk speed, like speed from other classes (barbarian, sacred fist, bodyguard etc etc). Maybe your chars differ there?

Or maybe your old char had their speed bugged out from some other source. The old charge feat had some issues for example.

Mi-Le is pure monk, and did not take Dash or anything like that.

I got it to work, but in a really random way. And it requires that Mi-Le is encumbered.

So if Mi-Le is encumbered, and then toggles on the "Normal speed" feat, it still WON'T work and he will still walk super fast. BUT, while "Normal speed" is active and Mi-Le is encumbered, toggling Detect mode on and then off will cause him to walk at normal speed.

*shrug* Good enough for me, lol
