Monk of the long death

The kit progresses on any class levelup

Made a test monk5 - enabled Motld - took a fighter level - got a kit level and deathguard also....

Hi,

could anyone confirm if the issue was fixed?

On my first try MOTLD progressed on non monk levels, meaning it reduced monk level by 1 and increased motld level by 1 (thus losing already gained monk abilities).

After starting my second try, I could progress 1 level motld in total but not any further (up until char level 20), all levels after that were just normal monk levels.

is there anyone who has successfully leveled up as monk of the long death for more than 1 level? (and can help me how to do that )

What is your class split ?

So far lvl 15 monk / 5 shadowdancer

out of 15 level monk 4 levels monk of the long death, but I only gained Deathguard +1.

Did you manage to get to higher motld levels?



A problem could be that I was switching between leveling motld and monk levels.

Just made a test char
(mo5-motld1-disabled the kit,mo6-ranger1-re-enabled the kit, motld2)

and here it breaks the kit progression (showing only motld1 again)



possible workaround: RCR and leave the kit enabled once you turned it on, regardless of other classes you might take.

I will try that once we have another 100% rcr.

I tried monk 4 - fighter 1 - motld 4, and it worked without breaking.

So as you said the bug starts as soon as you turn the progression off.
