I'm still new to your server. And, the other day I had a problem, maybe it was a game error, maybe some of the Administrators (DMs) did it until I know for sure, but then for what, and why, I want to find out the reason for not make it future ...
In general, the essence of my problem is this: on April 3, 2020, I raised my character to level 10, and since that day I have not played, there was no possibility, now is April 8, 2020, I had the opportunity to play a little again on your server, I went to game on your server, and what I see, I’m level 9 again, and I don’t have 500 experience up to level 9?! (By the way, I didn’t die. If I died, I would have -900 experience at level 9)
Why so, I was so hoping that I would start my next entrance to your server by increasing the level, and exploring its capabilities ...
Moreover, it is not easy for me, because there is a language barrier here, but anyway is interesting for me, i like your server ...
In general, the main thing for me to understand if this was done by someone from your team of DMs, then understand the reason, so as not to violate(I not like break rules on server, and i try not do it...), or it was just a bug of server BG...

Maybe a roll back from a crash? Crashes have been happening from time to time lately.

I just don’t know how it exactly works, but I remember that server rollbacks seem to roll back the same amount of experience on the same day, and not - 500 experience at all, I remember exactly that on April 3, 2020, when my character got 10 level, he received precisely from the death of a monster giving only 50 experience ...

Hi Sugo,

I can assure you that the administration or DMs would not go ahead and redact XP without reason.

This is most likely due to a crash, which caused your character to be saved to a moment earlier than when you left it.
We are currently working on a solution to the server stability. Unfortunately, until we have a solid solution, we have the occasional hiccup in the server, which can cause such issues.

only thing possible is the rool back that occured about the same time you mention....

reason was a patch is comming out soon and the guys doing it did screw a bit the script wich did cause a major lag problem... in that pack was hip cosmetic like katana...

they had to correct the lag problem and redo the script will come out some time from now.... so they did a roll back on that day...

the server does do saves from time to time.. I dont know the schedule of them cause I`m not on dev team... but I do know that this is done to prevent people from losing everything on the server...

so acordingly.. if they did a roll back it is not base on a certain amount of xp or gold... it is just something done over a time... if you did get 3 lv by the time something like that happen and they load a past save game.. then you lose those 3 levels.. if you only got 1 gold by the same time.. you lose only 1 gold...

it is not somehting you calculate... it is something unfortunate that doesn`t happen often and that is only done in major problems...

on the other hand... if you lost only 500 to 1500 xp... there is no big deal... just do a errand or two and pop you get it back in no time

since this dont occure often as the team is really doing a more then GREAT job.. I`d suggest you use some understanding and I know how it feels to have to redo but... things happen...

if the server did not evolve there would be no such things... but since the dev team is really into making this game better and puting hundreds of hours into making the game live and evolve for our pleasure without asking for any money... I have to say.. thanks to them
