So I bought this ring off the auction with Toughness feat and +10 HP. Ever since I got that while swapping items ( I have a set I use for detecting traps and one for fighting and such) that involve also swapping that ring my HP pool gets inflated with a whole bunch of temporary HP that shouldn't be there. The only way to get rid of it means resting, but I don't always want to do that, as scrolls with long-term buffs and wand charges cost money. Is there a way I can prevent this HP inflation from happening? I noticed there's that damage you get when you have 2 or more items on with con bonuses, but that doesn't seem to be kicking in for me.
EDIT: What may be doing it, but I'm still not sure how to 100% replicate it is Bear's Endurance potion + that ring.
EDIT2: I've also noticed that this is already a known issue. I'm sorry for littering >.<

That is a Domovoi not a gnome! It's... essentially an improved gnome.
