Lost item with roll back.

Today the server roll back and lost a newly acquired item, I would like to know if it is possible to recover it for me, item Cloak of the Tomb Raider.

Hello Vilgacs. Your best course of action will be to send a private message to the DM team, along with any screenshots you have of the item and your inventory. Generally, the team does not compensate the loss of items from crashes, but you can make an appeal by messaging them directly.
