Someone is using my login

Hey guys there's someone that's using my login-name Spidertomb which I used for years and years on this server. This is making it impossible for me to play. What am I supposed to do?

It freezes my character and he loses his toolbar, and everything when they login. Is there a way to prevent this?

This sounds odd. Two people can't log in to the same username at the same time, it's a physical impossibility since it just tells the first person that their username is already in use. However there might be another explanation and I've heard of people losing their DMFI bar lately for unrelated reasons. You should PM the Global Admin/dev group with more details.

If nothing else the admins can verify that your account is locked down to your own single CD key.
