Re: Spell bugs compilation list
Protection from Petrification doesn't seem to work. I'm not going to test it any further for obvious reasons, but my PC got petrified after using that spell to fight the Beholder, so I'm not sure if it works against other types of Petrification (basilisk gaze and Flesh to Stone).

Cleric/druid spells aren't handled any differently from wizard spells. What's the issue exactly? When I tested I could reignite those 3 spells.Grendunor wrote: ↑Sun Mar 29, 2020 2:27 am Reignite Invocation is not set up to consider a large majority of the Cleric/Druid spell list.
That said while implosion is exempt spells like Lions Roar, Akadi's Airball, and Word of faith have issues.
Another issue is Akadi's Airball not summoning the automatically maxed 3 Air elementals with Faith Akadi and Domain AIr
I fixed airball to look at the correct domain which should guarantee 1 elemental, but it would probably require more work to actually always spawn 3.

Re: Spell bugs compilation list
I think this has never been fixed because the spells aren't considered that great to begin with, since they allow continuous saves.

No, nothing was dispelled, but asking on discord that spell apparently never worked.

Only post I saw about Sense Weakness dates back to 2017 so I'll do a repost, the spell doesn't seem to work, but it does make you roll Will against yourself. I tried with a failed save and a success save, but no crits.

Re: Spell bugs compilation list
I don't think any solo spell triggers it, it's happened on my mage and my cleric several times on different casts, both when buffing or using offensive spells. Sometimes several times in a row.Dagesh wrote: ↑Fri Jan 31, 2020 5:45 pmBased on the code, I'm not sure how it could fire as a solo spell.Malak Seraphim wrote: ↑Fri Jan 31, 2020 12:51 pm Im currently having an issue using improved mage armor and having the spell give me the return text of while using spells don't equip/disequip anything. Which u dont do while casting. Help!
Edit: it still happens when i solo cast the spell sometimes is there a work around?

Re: Spell bugs compilation list
Battle Precognition seems to be bugged in many a way. I tested it and it seems to never trigger a will save on the first round.
Besides that it seems to be bugging out of one casts another instance of it on oneself after the concentration was broken on the first instance.
Other than that it seems terribly weak, as I managed to get a single round of dodged attacks against a level 30 character that didn't even use weapons.
The combination of all three issues makes the spell seem pretty much useless.
If anyone could explain the use of the spell to me I'd appreciate it. For PvP against weak will save opponents it seems to be useless sadly.

Re: Spell bugs compilation list
Neutralize Poison is supposed to provide 10 minutes per caster level of poison immunity. However, spells that are supposed to be be affected by poison immunity (like Cloudkill) continue to work on someone who has used Neutralize Poison. Cloudkill correctly doesn't work against other sources of poison immunity, like grey dwarf or druid immunities, so the issue seems to be with Neutralize Poison itself.

Last I checked Lions Roar and word of faith did not reignite, not sure if that was fixed.Nemni wrote: ↑Mon Apr 06, 2020 10:03 am Cleric/druid spells aren't handled any differently from wizard spells. What's the issue exactly? When I tested I could reignite those 3 spells.

As for airball steal the script from Elemental swarm. My Favoured soul/cleric of Maradin had [good][earth] Domain and could reliably call 3 Earth elementals but not 3 fire/air/water
Should help in fixing Airball

Re: Spell bugs compilation list
The Paladin spell Righteous Fury (and probably Righteous Glory too - I didn't have enough spellslots to check) does not properly stack with Draconic Might when the Paladin has Draconic Heritage.
With Draconic Heritage, he gets +5 to STR, CON, CHA and NA. That works just fine.
Righteous Fury is supposed to add a +4 Sacred Bonus on top of other STR Bonuses. I know it only works at the time of casting, if you try to add any other strength buffs after the sacred bonus, it doesn't stack properly. So, whether it's bulls' or Draconic or an item, you have to have it up before you add the sacred. (Is *that* a bug that can be fixed?)
So, a Paladin with Draconic Heritage should be able to cast Draconic Might first for +5, then Righteous Fury/Glory to bring his STR and CHA up to +9, albeit for a very short time.
When I just tried this, I got the +5 from Draconic Might (STR went from 18 to 23). But then Righteous Fury only added 3, not 4 (stopped at 26).
EDIT/Update: While you're at it, adding Righteous Fury after Draconic Might allowed the stacked total of +8 to stay even after Draconic Might expired.

Re: Spell bugs compilation list
Lower Spell Resistance scrolls can only target a hostile enemy, making them difficult or impossible to use Study Spell with as you cannot target objects/items/friendly NPCs with it. Attempting to use Study Spell -> Scroll on a hostile target in combat lost the scroll without learning the spell.
I did not test using the scroll on a player (passive or hostile) as my only scroll got eaten, so I don't know if that makes a difference.

Got "spell fail" message twice in a row trying to drink 2 potions of Enlarge person. Neither of the 2 potions worked.
Found that very strange i cant drink a potion with a spell and get a fail message.
