Are there any temples to Lliira on the coast somewhere?

The White Mask Theater honors Lliira among the other gods of song, dance and entertainment, and maintain a statue in her honor alongside artistic endeavors. The Halls of Inner Light also list Lliira among the deities represented, but I can't recall whether or not they have a dedicated shrine, or something of a similar nature.

While there are no temples in game (that I'm aware of), hopefully this helps!

She even has a dedicated office/room for her clergy to use in the Halls of Inner Light in addition to its public shrine.

Ohh really? So that office is legit open to a Lliira worshipper then?

It is for her clerics/favoree soul who is part of the guild, but yes.
