Bard / Dissonant Chord Question

Disonant Chord stacks with Bard for spell progression and music.

It does not stack for learning *new* musics.

What about inspirations? If I take Disonant Chord, will by Inspirations stop getting stronger (for those 5 levels)?

I'm trying to decide whether to stay pure Bard or take some Disonant Chord levels.

It improves inspirations. It also gives a free Extra Music feat to "sort of" make up for the loss of songs per day progression, which is some kind of hard-coded bug.
