Gnoll Cave Keys Missing

I don't want to give away too much, but there are three doors in gnoll cave that need keys - the doors are obvious, the keys not so much. The one on the first level is fine, the "key" can be found and used.

After several attempts, I am sure that the keys for the doors on 2nd and 3rd level are missing. There are some hidden objects that give/do nothing and which veteran players tell me used to give the key. I think they were moved/modified in an update and never fixed.

I have also noticed this. It appears to be an area update that seemed like a cool addition (especially because it gives more a PvE reason to take blindfight!), but either was not finished, or at some point got broken.

Lots of interesting stuff has been added since I left, but I think a lot of it could have used a second set of eyes to give feedback and adjustments before implementation.
