Rapier of Shielding +3 giving only 1 shield AC

Hello,


I recently bought a Rapier of Shielding +3 (some certain encounter made Shea all paranoid, don't get me started on that, haha).
I looked up description and forum if there was perhaps a bug with the shield AC script but found nothing, so I went ahead to change the appearance to something less big and more elegant.

And after that I get only 1 Shield AC anymore.

Tried: resting, re-equipping, relogging.
not tried yet: server reset.

Thank you for the clarification. Perhaps that should be added to the description of those blades.




EDIT: Not my day it seems. First I lose 25k at Mudds (due to a crash) and now this.
Expensive day, that. *grumble*

Was really sad about that, was being deleveled to fix a feat error (backstab) one day before, now a item script that doesnt work.
Thanks for clarify that for us, now i have to disturb DMs again to fix that.

Fixed for the player by swapping for the original!

Please, folks, don't change the appearance on items with unique scripts! It should have a warning though so you are hardly to blame!
