Language picker and chat bubbles

Is it possible to update the language picker so it will be compatible with chat bubbles?

Allowing the language to persist until you want to change it again would also be very helpful for those of us who play characters that speak other languages often.

I have seen menus where you can select the language you are currently speaking, and the translated language also goes into the chat window instead of the combat text window.

Just open the language and them click on the normal chat window. Once you hit return and start typing the language will stay until you close the separate language chat window. This allows for whispers and the text bubbles to work as intended with languages.
