I'm talking about Programmed Image, Malicious Image and the other one I can't remember the name to.

It may not be possible, I know, but is it possible have the Image copy the VFX's on the target being Image'd at the time of the casting? Its a dead giveaway which one is the real object otherwise.

Also, I think the concentration check is either bugged or turned off, because it doesn't fire when any of the criteria are met.
