King Hewbert event scheduling.

Hello everyone, this posting is how me and Protector are going to go forward with events involving the trolls, this first section will explain how event scheduling is going to be handled with the mass amount of peoples that are now getting involved with the plot. We are going to start running major plot events on Saturdays and how we are going to do it with the mass amounts of players involved is splitting the event into groups of 10 each. Now even though these events will be happening at different times on Saturdays event day, they will be considered to be happening at the same time in character for everyone involved. This will allow for us to give more attention to each and every player involved with the plot so that everyone gets to try what they want to try and no one is left behind. After the events are over for the day the different groups can meet up IC and inform each other what happened on there front against the trolls. ( if more clarification is needed please post below.)

As posted over a week ago we will be holding a memorial event on my 7 days off this weekend. I'm looking at saturday starting at midday CST but would like to get everyones input on what time would work best for most of us.

King Dovkin will be holding a event at Kraak Helzak to honor the fallen and the still living in the recent victories against the troll horde. All players, guilds, orders, and houses involved are allowed to attend and the event will be ongoing for a good 3 to 5 hours I'm estimating.

Food, wine, and ale will be provided by shipments delivered by many different player factions in recent events such as the rocky creek trading company, house darius, nashkel, and gullykin and many more.

King Dovkin Battlehammer has asked that all dwarves able to attend be there as this gathering will also be a celebration to one of there own warriors specifically.
