Anoint Weapon for dual wielder

Unread post by darwin.evenwood »

Hi there, should Anoint Weapon apply to both weapons when dual wielding or was planned to apply on the main hand only?
I tried in game and it's on the main hand only but wanted to know if it's intended or was changed/bug/something else, since i never played before a dual wielder AK and isn't specified anywhere.
Thanks!

Only Dragon Warrior seems to have the ability to use their weapon enchant on multiple weapons.

You could always try with a lvl 10 RCR and test it.

Thanks for the reply!
Yes i have tested in game and is working on the main hand only. I wanted to know if that was the planned way or was changed or bugged because i didn't manage to find info on that anywhere. So, if it's the way it should work then it's fine. Otherwise i don't know.
Maybe it could be expanded to work for both weapons but i don't care about making such a request, just wanted to know for curiosity.

Since the feat is called Anoint Weapon, singular not plural, I’ve always assumed it was meant for a single weapon.

Yes probably it's always been like that.
I mean the wiki states clearly that dragon warrior's elemental weapon apply to both weapons when dual wielding, i haven't read it before, so if it's not written for AK i guess it's the way it should work.
May be related to the fact that AK wields a particular ancestral weapon and isn't so common to have a set of two? Or the oil isn't enough to coat two weapons?
Well, anyway that's how it works. Thank you all for the answers! :)
