Ninja gear can't be used by...ninjas

I've found this brought up in a couple old threads and it was mentioned as a likely easily-fixed oversight: the ninja named gear is all class-locked to Assassin. This makes very little sense given the Phantom is quite literally a ninja.

To make it easy to find, here is a list of the Assassin-locked ninja gear:

Ninja Boots, Epic
Ninja Backpack, Epic
Ninja Cowl, Epic
Ninjas Robe of Stars, Epic (should probably also be "Ninja's" or "Ninja")
Wrappings of the Ninja
Ninja Darksteel

There is also a very oddly-named gauntlet item, Ki Straps, that is not available to Phantom either. May not be available to monk classes either, which...well KI Straps.

I'll take this QC side as it has come up before, but isn't trivial since Phantom is a custom class.

I brought this up in my phantom analysis thread. And it’s not just ninja gear, phantoms can’t use most of the gear in the mask store (or UD version) either which seems Like an oversight since all other stealth classes/prcs are listed on who can use it.

One thing I’ve been thinking about, and maybe there’s reasons it’s a terrible idea, is to have greater versions of all of the gear in the (is it Sun Coaster?) shop. Like we have greater capes in the epic shop, and there are greater amulets in Greenest.

One reason epic ninja gear is so popular is that it is almost the only real option for dex based stealth builds, or just stealth builds in general (Rangers included) for the hood and boots.

This kind of exacerbated the UMD dependency issue on the server

Turns out we actually did have an item property for this, I misinformed chad. Sorry!

Valefort fixed it for the next update. This gear should be usable by more classes now. However, unfortunately, existing ones will not get automagically updated, you'll have to ask DMs if they're willing to swap it out for the new version at their discretion (no promises there either, but it doesn't hurt to ask).

My guess is if you already have it then you have the UMD for it so it’s not a big deal.
