Body of the Sun & Stealth

Is it intended that Body of the Sun does not break stealth mode upon dealing damage? I created a level 8 druid, cast the spell on myself, then walked around the gy while stealthed killing zombies without ever breaking stealth mode.

I ask, because I was theorizing a new Icehaup slaying build that relied on opening with Inferno, and then sitting next to the white dragon while stealthed (via hips) with a maximized Body of the Sun rolling while the dragon sat there oblivious to my presence yet dealing significant fire damage per round to it.

My only question, why isn't body of the sun in the sun domain.
