Build Critique: MaA 13/ WM 7/ DC 10

Unread post by realayer »

Concept: A holy warrior without being a paladin. Can take a shield to boost his AC when needed and two-hander for more damage. A versatile fighter.

Pros:
Challenge +3 (attack rolls, dmg rolls, and will save)
Greater Heavy armor optimization (+2 AC)
Shield AC +2 with shield
access to tumble (+3 AC), taunt (-2 enemy AC)
7 bonus feats from MaA and DC
High savs? high will sav from MaA, high reflex sav from WM, high fort sav from DC, plus +5 sav from DC

Cons:
loss of the greater weapon focus line -> need challenge for bonus attack rolls and taunt for decreased enemy AC to land hits
loss of the weapon specialization -> but dmg should not be a problem with WM? perhaps also use northlander hewing since AC is not a problem?

Just tinkering with some concepts in my mind and don't know if this build will be viable to level to 30. Any critique and suggestions are welcomed!
