Surface Realm Expedition Request

Afternoon team,

This afternoon I had a discussion with DM_Spartacus regarding an ongoing expedition to the surface for one of my characters, Mae'riel Vandree and was directed to submit a formal request for such so, here it is:

Mae'riel Vandree is a Half-Drow rogue/ warlock/ Daggerspell mage/ Feytouched of a Chaotic neutral alignment who is interested in infiltrating the surface world for several reasons. The primary reason is to act as a none-aggressive information broker for both the surface and the Underdark (Though currently it would be for the Underdark as she lacks links on the surface) but with a skillset comprising of disguise and bluff she would naturally attempt to conceal her true identity. Being a member of House Vandree who, according to 3.5e lore are the 17th house of Menzobarranzan (current ingame time) and have an interest in relics and items from the surface world she would hope to source items such as botanical supplies and animal meat to sell in the Underdark which corresponds to her suvival skill mechanically.

Additionally Mae'riel Vandree has already unofficial ties to Bregan D'aerthe (Via Jyn) and to Selmiyeritar (Via Aunrae) who both have an interest in any information Mae'riel can provide about the surface . The latter individual is also interested in using Mae'riel's expertise to assist House Selmiyeritar in expanding their own interests on the surface. As formerly mentioned Mae'riel's interests in the surface world are None-Aggressive as she hopes to open up relations with the surface rather than undermine possible co-operative relations with the surface world albeit through subterfuge which, characteristically, makes more sense based upon her upbringing as a half-drow.

On a personal note, as a player, I'm really interested in the RP implications and possible dangers to my character for venturing upwards and enjoy the possibility of opening up rp with other players from the surface of the server to expand on an already expanding server with my character being a possible intermediary. Formerly a player on Sigil, the City of doors, I'm fully aware of the responsibilities of maintaining server rules and policy and, should I as a player, break any of the rules concerning Godmodding etc then I would fully accpet the responsibility and consequences of my actions.
