Scrolls of "Nature's Balance"

I have been told by a few different people that they would remove magical taint from an area, and restore the land to it's... untainted self. (Of course with a DM present.)

Since these scrolls aren't usable, what do they do?

errr..... *bumps 4 years later*

Any ruling at all would be nice. I really want to know if I should drag it around for RP or just sell it.

I am actually going to revive this 7 year old inquiry. Can anyone give insight on the use of these scrolls?

This is currently not implemented; aka it doesn't do much.
