Oh! I read 'next restart' my bad. Ty! Did you perchance test this with Mastery of the Elements? Seems like it might have the same issues, but i dont have the feat.

Regarding the Reignite Evocation I've been wondering what is the actual % of chance for spell to be able to be used again? I've checked on BGTSCC wiki yet there is no detailed information . Anyone knows? Thx

If the spell is eligible for reignition, and you have enough evocation focus feats? 100%. Otherwise, 0%.
