XP transfer failed

XP transfer failed
I used the XP transfer NPC to store my XP with my level 27 characters. When I returned with my new character, the XP transfer NPC told me to step away, it will only give stored XP to new characters.

Every pc is given 5k xp... go to the imp and have him remove it then go collect your rcr xp.

I believe there is a new imp NPC in the nexus.

Yes, there's an Imp NPC in the Nexus now and you can talk to him to substract some exp. That said the time window for the rollback is over now so no more free 5k
