Help choosing a reset build!

Hey folks.

I'm a bit divided between this build and this other one. The idea is RCRing a lvl 13 character I have for this one. Also, if there are any alternative options, I'd love to hear them.

the first one has no damage, the other one is OK. (as long as his dances last )

Bard3/8 Pirate7/10 combo is nice for many build options.


I enjoyed a dex-based dual-wielding Bard (8), Dread Pirate (10), Weapon Master (7), Tempest (5) with deadly defense.

Swashbuckler (7), Duelist (10), Dread Pirate (10), Bard (3) looks also nice - High AC - could either dual-wield rapiers or go onehanded.

In termos of survival, do you think I can manage leveling him up without dances until he reaches his first dervish levels?

Also, I liked that second option of yours - I like characters with high int/skills. Figured it would look something like this, right? Although I'd rather play him as a human or half-elf. Would it still work? Saw no other builds with that split except for this one.

The dervish could use a bit more AC feats for my liking, but leveling should not be a problem.

2nd one works as a human also, you gain 2 feats and skillpoints. But you'll lose the 1.5 INT (two-handed) modifier, that a small race would get.
Would start with more STR.

Nice! About AC, I could go for ICE - but in exchange of what? Don't know if Blind-fight is still a must or if there are ways to work around it in the server on its current state.

Athktatlan Triparite + ICE for either BF+icrit or 2 * STR.

I don't miss BF much on a dual wielder. BF is more important the less attacks you have.
You could use a whetstome instead of icrit.
